Terms and Conditions

By placing an order and making a payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Order Placement & Availability:

  • Orders must be placed with at least a 14-day notice to ensure availability. We recommend booking as soon as you know the date of your event or desired pick-up to avoid any conflicts.

2. Delivery:

  • Delivery is available based on availability, for an additional fee of $1.50 per mile from our location in 92154. Please inquire for delivery details.

3. Payment:

  • Full payment is required to secure your order via Zelle (preferred method) or Venmo. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

  • Pick-up instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.

4. Pricing:

  • All prices are non-negotiable and are based on your cupcake design and the quantity ordered. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Refunds & Cancellations:

  • We do not offer refunds for any orders. However, in the event of a cancellation, we will issue shop credit to be used for future orders.

6. Allergen Disclaimer:

  • All products are made in a home-based kitchen that is not allergy-free. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform their guests of any allergy risks. Please make us aware of any specific dietary restrictions when placing your order.

7. Liability:

  • Sweetest Blooms Cupcakes LLC is not liable for damages to the products on or after order collection, pick-up, or delivery.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the provided cupcake care guide to ensure the freshness and quality of the products.

8. Photographs & Promotions:

  • Sweetest Blooms Cupcakes LLC reserves the right to photograph your baked goods, as well as any customer messages or reviews, for use in advertising and marketing purposes.
